Background   

  • Athena is the goddess of wisdom, weaving, household arts and crafts, and textiles.
  • She was one of the most important of the twelve Olympians.   She is a maiden goddess.
  • Zeus was her father and Metis was her mother. 
  • Her strengths are that she's rational, intelligent, a powerful defender in war, but also a potent peacemaker. Her weaknesses are reason rules her; and she is not usually emotional or compassionate.
